Retromaniac is a marketplace for second-hand retro collectibles. By using the platform, you agree to list, buy, and sell in good faith. Listings must be accurate; purchases must be honored.

Sellers must use the six-point condition scale and describe flaws explicitly. Misgraded items are grounds for refund within 14 days. Repeated misgrading may result in account review.

Retromaniac takes 8% commission on sold items. There are no listing fees. Payouts to sellers are processed weekly via Stripe. Buyers are charged at checkout; funds are held briefly in escrow.

Sellers ship directly to buyers. Orders over $200 include free US shipping. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for misgraded or damaged items, subject to dispute review.

No counterfeits, no shill bidding, no misleading listings. Harassment, fraud, and attempts to manipulate reviews will result in immediate removal.

Disputes are mediated by the Retromaniac team. We make every effort to resolve them fairly, quickly, and in writing. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration under New York law.
